ZURKOWKSI TO SERIE A?

Juventus and Genoa are reportedly working together to secure Gornik Zabrze midfielder Szymon Zurkowski, surprising Fiorentina.

The 21-year-old is only under contract until June 2020 and therefore available at a relatively low transfer fee.

According to Sky Sport Italia and other sources, Juventus plan to purchase Zurkowski via a deal with Genoa, helping him to acclimatise to Serie A.

The Poland Under-21 international would get to work with fellow countryman Krzysztof Piatek at Marassi.

Fiorentina had already been tracking Zurkowski, who this season has four goals and three assists in 21 competitive games for Gornik Zabrze.

However, that was when Jose Mourinho was on the bench and the arrival of caretaker manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has significantly reduced his playing time.

According to Nieuwsblad in Belgium, Milan are trying again for Fellaini during the January transfer window.

They face competition from FC Porto and Chinese club Guangzhou Evergrande.

Napoli have begun talks with Fiorentina over a potential summer move for Cristiano Biraghi, says Sky Sport in Italy.

The Serie A side are examining options in their hunt for a new left-back and see the 26-year-old as a suitable candidate. Carlo Ancelotti’s team have already contacted Fiorentina to see if they would be willing to let him go at the end of the season.

The Stadio San Paolo team are also keeping an eye on SPAL’s right-sided player Manuel Lazzari and look likely to make a move for him.

BADSTUBER TO LEAVE STUTTGART

Stuttgart have told Holger Badstuber he can leave the club in January if he wants.

The defender joined from Bayern last year and signed an extension until 2021 before the start of this season, but he has made just seven Bundesliga appearances in 2018-19.

The 29-year-old is out with another injury and it is unknown when he will return to action. Stuttgart are ready to cut their losses and let him find another club, as sporting director Michael Reschke told Bild: “The past half year has unsatisfactory for both sides. Should Holger and his advisor approach us in this transfer window, we will show we are willing to talk. I have the impression that Holger can imagine a new challenge.”

CHELSEA DEMAND BUY-BACK CLAUSE ODOI DEAL

Chelsea will not sell Callum Hudson-Odoi to Bayern Munich unless they can include a buy-back clause in the deal, The Times says.

Chelsea want to ensure they can bring him back to Stamford Bridge in the future before they let him go, but Bayern are reluctant to let them include a clause.

The Nerazzurri do not have any more non-EU places available in their squad but are determined to sign the 18-year-old goalkeeper.

They will try to replicate the scheme that saw Julio Cesar head to San Siro from Flamengo, via a stop in Verona.

Inter want Chievo to land the Brazil Under 20 player in January and then ship him on to Milan in the summer.

PSG INTERESTED IN WEIGL

Paris Saint-Germain are pressing to sign Julian Weigl from Borussia Dortmund in January, Sky Sport in Germany.

Thomas Tuchel is looking to strengthen his midfield and hopes to reunite with one of the promising stars of his last club.

Atalanta have made a €7m approach for Nice midfielder Adrien Tameze, according to L’Equipe.

He turns 25 next month and is under contract with the Ligue 1 outfit until June 2021.
