We unveil two of the most dramatic boxers’ body transformations yet
Andy Ruiz has shown off his dramatic boxing body transformation as he warns Anthony Joshua he will be lighter, faster, and more powerful. The pair will meet on 7th December where the Mexican will put his heavyweight titles on the line.
In what was one of the biggest upsets in boxing history earlier this year, Ruiz Jr managed to claim all of AJ’s belts and stop him for the first time in his professional career.
Ruiz shocked fans online after he released a picture on social media looking trimmer after he revealed plans to drop 10lbs for the rematch. He’s clearly been getting his time in at the gym ahead of the rematch.
Ahead of the initial fight a lot of people made comments about Ruiz Jr’s physique. People were calling him fat, out of shape and they were comparing his body to that of Joshua’s. Now, however, the Mexican is starting to look the part with his dramatic body transformation.
After becoming unified heavyweight king by dethroning Wladimir Klitschko in late 2015, the Gypsy King, Tyson Fury, began his gradual decline suffering from mental health problems and depression.
In 2018, Tyson Fury weighed 400lb. He was put on a ketogenic diet, high in fat, and low in carbohydrates which sent him on his way to burning fat.
After finding the love for boxing again through trainer Ben Davison, the heavyweight was back in the ring in 2018 and five fights later, he was healthier than ever.
In Fury’s last win, on 14th September against Otto Wallin, he weighed in at 254lbs, his lightest since coming in at 247lbs ahead of the Klitschko clash.
